Jaguar gave a smug smirk when he saw her tongue ring. It wasn't something you saw in Greece. Well not from the area he was from. Now his saying earlier was not meant for to leave but that's how she took it. Jag listened to her and watched Matti's little scene.
When she began to lose her balance, Jag's eyes widened and he stood up and tried to get over near her to catch her just in case. But she seemed to catch her own balance and now Jag felt like a complete idiot by just standing there.
He chuckled a bit but now that he was next to Matti he said, "You know you shouldn't talk to the elders like that," He then paused and continued, "And I never said you had to go. I was only hoping that I didn't keep you from anything." He then turned around and went back to his table but he didn't sit down yet.

Matti had been approached by Jag and he said a few things and the comment about the elderly man just went pass her ears and straight into the midst of nothingness. That mean she didn't care.
"Okies...." she said it just like that when he said that remark.
She then listened to him speak more and a small smirk was present upon her face.
"I don't have anywhere to be at the moment, so you are in luck Jag I get to bug you from your reading..." she said with a simple laugh and placed her pie on the table once more.
She didn't sit down yet either she had her hands on her hips again and looked to Jag some more.
"So...your not from around here are you? Well neither am I!" she claimed and took a seat with a thump!

Jag couldn't help but chuckle at Matti. She was very outgoing and he was not. He could already tell that she was very social-able while of course Jag wasn't. It was always like this for Jaguar, he was always the quiet one. But that never stopped the girls from Greece to go crazy over him. He was quiet, mysterious, good-looking guy from down the way.
JJ listened to Matti and sat down after her. He didn't actually know what to say but he asked, "If you are not from here, where are you from?" He paused and took a deep breath.

Matti sat there and shifted her body towards Jag now as he was sitting down. He asked her a question and she begun fumbling with the dumb bows that were placed around the pie case. It was so dumb, this pie wasn't for some party, it was for their dumb landlord to get off their case. But it may or may not work, so the bow gave them a better chance.
"Well....I am from New York you see....the big apple. My father's family is Italian and well I know nothing about my mother since god knows where she is!" Matti rambled about and she looked to her coffee as it was nothing but dull tasting now.

Jaguar sipped the last of his coffee as he listened to Matti. He nodded in the right places and noticed how she was playing with the bow. He then noticed she wasn't happy with her coffee anymore. "New York, huh? I want to go there. This is the first time I've been out of Greece." Jag said.
He then stood up and took his cup and Matti's cup. He looked to Matti and asked, "Want a refill? I'm willing to pay." He gave her a sad grin and awaited an answer. He threw away their cups and looked at Matti again.

Matti loved talking as if this wasn't obvious. She would stop here and there just so the other recipient could say something in return of course but she would start up again once they finished speaking. This was just how she was, and most people learned of this fast.
"Greece eh....how nice....wish I had the cash to go travel to some place like that. I have only been to a few states here and there but never out of the country."
She then watched as he got up and offer her a refill for coffee.
"Well...if you insist Jag...." she said giving puppy eyes and then laughing a bit at that.
She waited for him to come back with their newly filled coffee cups before speaking again.
"So....how you'd learn English? Or did you just grow up with both languages?"

Jag smiled as Matti said something about Greece. He then nodded his head and said, "Well, I insist." He went to the counter and ordered some more cups of coffee. He waited till it was ready and when it was he paid and made his way back over to the table. Jaguar handed Matti her cup and then sat back down. He barely got a sip in when she asked how he learned English. Jag gave her a smirk and said, "I guess you could say I grew up with both. But in school it was a required subject. Plus my sister taught me a bit." He took a sip of his coffee again.

Matti took her coffee and sipped it on down. It gave her a warm sensation in her stomach it comforted in such ways that she needed. She set the cup back on the table and kept fiddling with that dumb pink bow wrapped around the pie. She looked from the bow to Jag when he begun to speak.
"Oh well...that is great...." she said and gave a smile. It was her normal smile that she always had on her face most days.
"Well....when did you get here....in town meaning. Did your family just decided to up and move from Greece just like that?"
Matti asked her question but continued to talk without letting Jag answer for himself.
"I mean because that would be just strange to leave such a beautiful place and come all this way to this dump of a town. I mean excuse me for my rudeness but hey....I would choose Greece any time. But of course I would only scare half the Greek people there with my big mouth I mean come on....you people act as if you never saw a girl talk so much in your entire life!"
Matti stopped speaking and begun to sip on her coffee some more. As long as she had her lips on her cup he would be able to speak. But once she was done this wouldn't be likely.

Jaguar had to think a moment. Well not really the truth was he has only been here for a couple of days. This was the first time he got out of his sister's house. Jag was about to answer when Matti merely continued. He gave a grin and waited till she was done. Once done he gave her his smile and then took a breath and said, "Well, I've only been here a few days. And actually it's just my sister and me. Our parents are still in Greece with our p- family." Jag coughed and took a sip of his coffee. He then continued, "My sister has been here for two years and I missed her so I came. It wasn't easy to convince our parents but here we are." He gave her smile and said, "I assure you, if you went to Greece almost every guy would try to get your attention. Greek men like women who talk than be quiet."

Matti placed the cup down and gave a huge smile as Jag gave that last comment. Was he trying to make her slap him, probably not. He was probably just being a nice guy, whatever that was. Matti knew guys, they weren't nice. Partly why she wasn't nice.
"Well...that is interesting...." she sort of mumbled and looked to her coffee cup again, she had lost a taste for coffee all of the sudden.
"Well....I better be off....My father wants this pie to make it safely back home....I just hope I can do it. They don't make girls like me into delivers because things never seem to show up to other's people doors the way it was sent off. I am bound to drop it, and probably get chased by a hound of dogs. But that is just my luck now isn't it."
Matti stood up and she grabbed the pie and looked to Jag with a huge smile almost too cheesy to believe it was a real one.
"It was cool talkin to ya! But I better run so chow!" she said and begun to walk out the shop's door. She stared up at the sunlight peering down on her face and it made her want to start dancing again.
So she plugged in her earphone and begun dancing like her usual self as she walked down the street with the pie in hand almost bound to drop it sometime or another.
