Hinata had been here his entire life. He never remember anything more than this place. He's been on tour and done all the musician boy stuff, but still found his way back here some how. This was his home.

His room was decorated with all his favorite bands, ranging from temporary rock artists to hard core metal bands. He was a guy with a wide taste in music. He kept a note of all the bands he's seen live and and all the bands that are still on his wish list. His dream as a young boy was to become a hard core rocking artist, and his father was always the one to give him his push to go for it. In so he did. He made the best of friends and they joined together to make a rocking band called the "Seven Deadly Sins".

He begun the band when he was fifteen and it has been at it for four years now. He loves the privileged life, though he had been living in a blanket of money ever since he was born. His father is rich and owns many cooperate business all over the country. Hinata never cared to know of his father's work, but it seemed to keep his father away from him from time to time going off for work trips.

Hinata found his way through music, it enlightened his soul and kept him from turning into a rebel. Since most do with the lack of parent's supervision and guidance. He learned all the important life lessons through the music of talented artist. It inspired him to become something just like that one day. A person that will teach the world strong values through music alone.

Hinata has always been a writer, writing lyrics to music or poems that are then turned into songs. He had his guitar always around and always figuring out something new to play. He would just sit up in his bedroom writing songs until something came to mind and he would actually play it on his guitar.

He finds his way by looking at other people and their environment. The human being could be so interesting that most people would never think twice about it. He found life as a blessing and thought to sing about it. Not only does he sing about life, he sings about the way he is feeling. He fans can know just about everything that is going with him because he turns his life stories into music.

Hinata besides music is pretty popular. He keeps friends always around him because he needs the social interaction. They are that means the world to him, because they have been there for him always. More than his father as with his work. He couldn't be angry with his father, he had his job to tend to.

Hinata lives his life on surprises, he lets the wind guide him along with his heart. His soul always happy and always looking for new friendship.

He was the center of attraction to most paparazzi. They stuck on him like flies. He didn't mind it though, but at times just like any they could become annoying and such. He just couldn't imagine a life without them though...he liked being in television and the magazines. Regardless of all the lies and stories, he knew who he was and that was all that truly mattered.

Hinata felt like tennis today. So he grabbed his tennis racket and headed down towards the court. Most didn't play tennis around here, well until his fans learn of this he will have this place to himself.

He stepped onto the court dresses in his white shirt and shorts, and begun to play ball with his butler. His butler wasn't very good, but it would do for now.

This place wasn't getting old just yet.She was ready to stay away from her "home" for a while till he cooled down from her mom moving Melody again.It made her mad that this was the 22 time they had moved in her life.She wanted to explode and just yell at her mom.She wouldn't though.She knew her mom needed her more then she needed Her own mother.As soon as she found a way to escape she would with out a seconed thought.Well maybe she would think about it latter but, not until she was out of the grasp of her mother.She liked it her, it was alright.Now Melody was on her bike but, she wasn't planning on doing any tricks today.She was just relaxing and letting the sun hit her red and yellow died hair.She had a tennis racked on her back in it's case and tennis balls as well.She was just going to hit them into the fince enless someone was there she would play with them.She wasn't the best but, she knew how to play at least.


She had a diffrent band playing on her Ipod from the paramore.It was a new band that came out called "Seven Dead Sins." She liked them and it was as if she could sing right along because her voice was a octive above and matched their voices.Her mother was a ok singing.Her father that she never knew must of been better becuase Melody sounded nothing like her mother, she didn't even look like her.She wonded if her mother and father were still together how it would be like to stay in one place longer then a month or two.Her room wasn't unpaked but, she had posters of bikers and skaters and bands all over her room now.She had drawings on her ceilling already.No room was left so she started to use her door and her closet that may she add had no cloths in yet.She liked her new room it was big and she had room to lay on the floor in any way and listin to music.Her bed was big to and had a deep tydie colors to it.Her pillows were fluffy and solft and her head sunk into them while she slept.


Music was another big part of Melody's life.She loved to listen and sing to it dancing threw her house in her bra and underwear.She loved to sing but, her mom had never herd her sing.She was good and people told her she was.She had that punk look and punk style....and to everyone els that listen to her sing before.She had the punk voice to match when she sang.Music was one of the only frew things that wouldn't move in her life.She would always have a Ipod with her while she rode her bike like she did now to the tennis corts.She was good with computers unless it had a virus...then her mom would have to take up for it.She hated when computers messed up becuase she couldn't understand the dang things!

People would think that she was just a reble on the way she looked and stood up for herself.They were wrong Melody was a kid that would listen to the rules and find a loop whole.That was it, if she got caught she would run away like none other and wouldn't stop until they lost the scent on her.It was funny sometimes to see her sneek into thing with her skateboard in hand and her eyes looking back and forth making sure that no one was watching her.She was good at that.She didn't know how she got that tanlent but, she did.It was plan and simple.She wasn't a reble she was just her own person.Now law agenst that....yet.


Melody never really got the chanse to make freinds and she didn't know if she would make any here.She liked the freinds she picked.She always chose the punk ones that like music, and her type of sports.It was just a thing.She was the center of attention alot and she didn't even care about it.She wouldn't deny it wasn't cool to be the center of attention but, she didn't have to try.People called her a show off and she really didn't care what people called her.She was just having a good time and living the life she had to the fullest she guessed..So She was riding to the corts to play a little.

She saw some guy on the corts and looked at the sign that said Private proproty must be invited She looked at the sign and she smirked.She then took her bike around and found a nother way in.She would just have to jump the fence.So she hid her bick and jumped over the fence.There was a wooden board on a solft serface so she began to his it.Ever swing and her body moving fast and swift with her fire like hair behind her.She stuck to one ball and began to play.She knew if she got caught she would have to jump the fence fast and ride down the hill to the skate park.There she could loose anyone because of all the kids that were there.It was just getting up the damn hill from the skate park to her new house was the pain for her legs and her lungs.She still had a band playing her year called."Seven Dead Sins." They were pretty cool to listen to she must think.She kept on it and one out to make sure she would hear if anyone was coming.

Hinata served the ball hard over to his butler's side of the court. The butler nearly tripped to go flying to catch what Hinata just served. Hinata just held his hand to his mouth to keep himself from laughing.

Hinata then heard something. He was sure it was the sound of a tennis ball hitting a wall or something on the lines of that. He wondered who could have found him here. This was nauseating. He was really looking forward to spending his time here alone. It was a private court too, but people always seemed to look pass those signs.

He called time out to the butler and it seemed he was actually pretty happy with that. He was having a hard time catching his breath. For a big guy he was pretty useless.

Hinata walked around trying to find out where he heard that noise came from exactly. Not forgetting being a vampire gives him good sense of smell and hearing. He could hear just about everything and sense out the presence of anyone lurking near by.

He walked around the corner where he found a girl there listening to her ipod and hitting the heck out of a ball against a wooden surface. He just stood there with his tennis racket in hand and his arms folded. His bangs fallen forward onto his face a bit and a small glare was within his eyes.

He didn't have a clue what this girl was up to but he was wondering if she could hear him. Her music was probably blasting in her ear right about now. Now just to remember Hinata does know he has a sister but doesn't know what she looked like exactly. He just knows that part of his family exists. So he couldn't possibly know that this girl was her, at least not just by looking at her. At the moment that would be the last of his wishes. He didn't know her but he thought he already knew her type. The bad chick that always thinks she can get things in life for free.

"You know this is private property right?" he shouted but wasn't sure if the girl heard him. She seemed all caught up in her game of what ever it was she was doing. She looked like she was taking her anger out on the ball. He couldn't see the girl's face much because she wasn't looking in his direction and her hair was flowing all over the place as she was still tearing the crap out of her own racket.

"Angry much?" he added with a grin. This girl didn't seem like the typical fan. The next conclusion of his was that maybe she was a rebel. Just by the way she was dressed and the wild colors of her hair. It was hard to think otherwise.

Melody had her music up low now because she was making sure she could hear the other guys on the corts.She herd someone trip and she wanted to just laugh at them.What was it about people tripping that made her laugh.She then hit the board as hard as she could and it went threw the board."Shi...." She whispered getting another ball out and playing agenst herself.She was listening to the same artist and songs as before as her orange,yellow hair flowed side to side as she moved her body to go with the ball.

She didn't care about signs or the rules.She was more in for the the plan fun.She wasn't going to get caught for long anyway she just wanted to have some good alone time and just let all the built up anger that grows up to the fullest when she saw her mothers face.She would die to just never see it again but, then again there would be that little part of her that knows her mother is the only parent she had ever had and she had not reliatives to back her put so it was more like.Have her there so your there for her and you know your not fully alone thing.It made not sence to others but, it did to her.She was living the life anyway.

She herd them call time and she ran over and grabbed the ball and was slent.She didn't move or anything.She was ready to bust into a full run for the fence that she would climb jump and then run to the bike and get the hell out of there.She knew better then to just stay were she was.She knew better then that.She was fast and she could run but, she wasn't faster the a police car or any car for that matter.

Her face went black after she hit the ball one more time and she looked at the guy.He was off the band she was listening to.She then looked at him and she was kind of shocked to see him.The ball then came off the wooden thing and hit her dab in the center of the forhead.It could be herd when it hit her and she went flying back.Landing on the ground about knocked up.She sat up with her arms and was surly dizzy.She looked at the guy and her eyes went wides as she grabbed her racket and ran to the fence were a butler was waiting across there.She turned around and was looking for a way out....all the exsits were closed by some formal guys! Great she got herself into somthing she couldn't and she didn't even know.She fell on her rear and shook her head that had a big red spot on it.Dang it hurt.!

Hinata just laughed as he saw Melody get hit with her own ball and fall backwards. He quickly came over and bent down to touch her forehead.

"I..." He stopped for a second because he had a strange feeling come over him. The kind of feeling like as if he should know this person. He stared at her for a long time and finally blinked to snap out of his thinking.

"That was a hard fall there...are you alright?" he finally asked and his face lit up with happiness. He had a huge smirk across his face and he held out a helping hand.

He couldn't understand what it was that had him like this but something was telling him there was something about this girl that he shouldn't over look. He would do nothing more and act like a friend for now.

"So what is your name?" he asked. Still smiling. "I mean at least I deserve to know that much from you being the intruder and all."

He didn't want to scare the girl with that look he gave her just a few minuets ago so he was acting as normal as he could right now without stepping out of line. He just had this feeling though.

What the hell! That hurt....Oh my god.....Ow! She screamed in her head as she looked at the guy.Her eyebrow went up and looked around.No way out and no way to escape....if one of those guys touched her bike.Oh boy wouldn't it just be on.She would hurt anyone who touched her bike without her saying OK...and she never did.She looked at him and she squented her eyes.He was the singer of a band.She looked at his and and picked herself up.She put her hands under her rear and pushed up then standing up and looking at the guy. "Hey this was the closiest place for me to play a little.Alright....My name is Melody Fuschida if you want to call my mommy and tell her I'm in touble for having fun playing tennis." She said dusting her rear off.

Man her head was killing her.She swear she could fall over and sleep right now! She hatted the fact she was stupid enough not to relized the ball flying tward her face! Thats just great.She looked at the guy and relized her Ipod was on the grownd and she ran over and picked it up.She was going to die if it was broken.Thank god is wasn't.Her music is something she would die for or she would die weithout.She looked at him and sighed. "i'm not a intruder just someone who dosen't always follow the rules got that....like you've never did anything off the film that wasn't." She put her fingers up and put the forefinger and middle on and moved up and down. "agenst the rules or bad." She was a fan but, not move to stalk for fan over.She was just normal and she liked it that way.His songs had helped her threw life dealing without her father sometimes.She looked at him and walked back up. "So I see i'm trapped but, you would be smart to stop those guys from touching my bike...becasue it will cause a fight and I don't care if i loose." She said with a smirk

Hinata just stood there with his arms still folded as he watched her get up from the ground and start rambling on about things. When he heard her name his eyes lit up and widened and he had let out a little gasp but let her continue to talk without saying anything.


"Okay...I'll get my guards to do something for you and your bike. But you must do something for me in return." He was tapping his foot and his arms was still folded.


He was having hard time believe this girl could possibly be his sister, now that he knew for sure his feeling was correct and her name reassure it. He knew the name of his sister, first and last, just never went looking because he always believed they would run into each other some how. It is rare for someone to carry the same first and last name as someone else, especially one of uniqueness. So he had no choice but to believe this was her. He wouldn't say anything for now, for now he would just mess with her.


"You have to play me in a game of tennis." he suggested and he was serious too though he had a smirk upon his face. He was a good at tennis. There wasn't really any point in this, well there kind of was but he wouldn't say. He just glared at her waiting for her answer.

She looked at him funny when he gasped about her name.She looked at him like he was stupid. "Hey moron i said Don't mess with my bike!"[/]b She screamed hitting a ball a the fince were it got stuck and the butler jumped looking at her. "Want one in your face! don't touch!" She said looking back at him and he was still talking.He wanted to make a bid with her.What ever what did get want.

Melody was a lonley child and she hatted it that way.her mom wouldn't ruin her life if there was another on the line.Maybe it would be a big brother that would talk straight to her mother about all the crap she dose.That didn't matter though.She was the only one that cared about her mothers feelings.It was just a good thing to think about it and wonder what would things be like.

She raised and eyebrow and looked at him funny. "Dose this mean your not going to call my mommy...her name is Sora." She said looking at him and teasing him but, secretly hatted the guy already there was somthing about him that she couldn't put her finger on...maybe it was calling her a intruder.....that might of ticked her off...She then threw the ball at him."Go for it buddy.I'm not that great." She said as she put her Ipod in and she looked at him as she mouthed the words to herself.

Hinata just kept his eyes on the girl and watched what she tried to do to the butler. He actually wanted to laugh but said nothing. He just held up a hand for his butler's to go away.


He then caught the ball she threw and paid no mind to her sly remarks. He just grinned and held out his hand saying "Ladies first...if you still remember how to be one that is..."


He then walked ahead before her and got back on the court. He waved his hired opponent and waited for melody to get on her side of the court.


"I don't think I've told you my name yet. My name is Hinata Fuschida..." he said without thinking about his last name. He then quickly served the ball in her direction trying to changed the subject that quick and get the game started. He surely didn't want her finding out about them being related that quickly. He needed to play a game with her first.

Melody looked at him and shook her head no.It was horrible how with a simple gester they would do what the man asked.It was pathetic in a way.It was horrible way to live and get money but, doesn't everyone end up that low someday? Oh well it was no big deal to Melody.The guy left her bike alone, She would do damage before the police came.She looked at the guy and wished he would understand that she just came here to get away.If playing a game with him maybe he wouldn't get her in to much trouble...if so....she would run before he got her number.


She looked at him and got the ball in her hand. "Hey calm your self dude.I am a girl....do i need to flash you for that.Maybe their was a almight stupid rule that the celebery had to go first." She said looking at him with a attitude.He acted just like her.She knew he would beat her but, it was alright she wasn't one for compitition...let him have a ego...what the light didn't do that enough for him?

She threw the ball up and served it perfectly over her head and it hit right on the right side of the cort.She looked at him and rolled her eyes.To have to play with a singer people would think she would be hyper and happy.She didn't care.He was a guy just like her.His name was Hinata....it was a funny name....he had the last name as her it was funny to her too...She didn' t really think anything about it.People had the same last name sometimes...no big deal.

Hinata hit the ball back over to her side and they did this back and forth a few times. He was becoming angry for some strange reason and was hitting the ball with amazing strength.

He still had his doubts about this girl mainly because of the way she was acting and dressed. He just really wanted to punch her face in for her snagged remarks, but then again he wasn't one to hit girls. She acted more of like a guy, so doesn't that count sort of?

He just laughed at the thought of that. She even offered flashing him before to prove that she was a girl. That would completely make things difficult for them. Especially since he didn't want to see what was under his own sister's shirt. That was just wrong all in itself.

He wasn't completely lost in his thoughts where it would keep him from playing a fair game but one could tell that he was thinking about something rather. He even begun to wonder about his mother. She had said her name was Sora. The name alone made him smile. He always wondered what his mother looked like. If she was beautiful and youthful, or if she was graceful with he steps and voice. If she looked like angel without wings. But he couldn't imagine that anymore when he was staring into the eyes of his twin. He just couldn't believe a girl like her would come from a woman that he described. Meaning she probably wasn't any of the things he imagined her to be.

As a young boy he used to tell everyone that his mother was just waiting for him to get older before coming back for him. Of course that never happened and he begun to feel as if he was abandoned some how. Not by his father of course, but by his mother. Maybe she didn't want a son that was a vampire, maybe she feared him and called him a freak. Maybe she discarded him and doesn't want to claim him as her son. These thoughts and many others were making Hinata angry and that was why he was playing so viciously.

She looked at him and he knew he got the idea she wasn't going to be nice to the guy because he had called her a name in witch case she didn't like.Melody then began to think of her mother and how she was pretty but, she was lost.She wouldn't care if Melody got in trouble she would just say things were her fault.Why was it she always felt her mother was keeping something from her.She then relized he began to play harder and with more force.One hit she almost fell backwards because of the pressure.She then thought about the paramoe song. "I can feel the pressure! it's getting closer now! Your better off with out me!" She sang that part as she hit the ball back.Melody then missed the next coming ball.


She was lost too.What could she do.Melody was now wishing she had a father to lean on just for help.Was that a crime to feel like your being left out.Or just being used by your mother because she dosen't want to be alone.She had never told Melody why her mother and father separated.....Her mom was in love with the man....Was she scared of the love or what? Melody had a good voice and when she sang but, she was singing loud and with attitude.It wasn't that she liked to be mean but, she didn't know how els to act with the feeling in her stomach.She looked at the ball on the ground and she picked it up.Melody held it in her hand and staired at it.She forgot about Hinata for a moment. Maybe someday i'll meet him.....what if I grow up and become like her.....to leave and forget and try to leave everything behind.Stupid Sora.....why did she have to leave him! She thought looking at the ball.She had bright green eyes like her father and underneath all this died hair she had brown hair.She just refused to look like her mother.She was to scared to end up like her mother.She was scared.


She looked at Hinata and walked back to the cort. "I didn't mean to make you guys mad for playing here alright.I'm sorry I did. She said throwing the ball at him.She then had something flash in her mind about her mother and Melody closed her eyes tight and sighed as she walked to the gate and looked at the butler.She handed him something. "Look alright hold this more me please. She handed him her walet and Ipod.She gave the man a smile and began to play again with Hinata....he was winning by far now.
